Today we’re sharing great news about further improvements to our service. We’ve heard your numerous requests for faster shipping times and have taken them to heart.
Today we’ve finished upgrading our Miami operations (again) by moving to a larger warehouse facility with more staff, and additional flights per week which will allow us to process and ship your orders much faster and remove any bottlenecks before arrival in Trinidad.
This means you can now expect your orders to be in your hand just a few days after being received in Miami, significantly faster than before, and in line with what you would expect from the supersized courier companies, while still keeping our prices lower as a smaller courier.
We also want to address the elephant in the room – We understand that this is our third warehouse move in three years, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it will cause despite the many benefits it brings.
We know that updating your address multiple times can be frustrating, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. As a small company that is growing, we are often faced with these difficult decisions to continue being able to better serve you and we don’t take it for granted that you’ve continued to stick with us through the changes.
Rest assured; we do not anticipate needing to move again in the foreseeable future and this move only has benefits – no increase in cost to you but significantly faster delivery times.
